Wir haben am Freitag eingecheckt und gleichzeitig gefragt wie lange es Frühstück gibt, mir wurde gesagt jeden Tag bis 11. Am Sonntag bin ich um 09:30 zum Frühstück gegangen und um 5 vor 10 wurde ich von meinem Tusch vertrieben. Ich hatte noch die Hälfte von meinem Frühstück am Teller. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder alternative wo ich mein restliches Frühstück genießen konnte.
Des Weiteren konnte ich mein Zimmer erst um 15:50 beziehen, um 16:15 hatte ich ein Meeting. Für Geschäftsreisen bzw. Dienstreisen kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund von fehlender Kompetenz und Timing nicht empfehlen!

außergewöhnliche Einrichtung
Absolut inkompetentes Personal, das insbesondere beim Auftreten von Problemen völlig inadäquat reagiert. Man hat den Eindruck dass die Mitarbeiter vor Ort eher Praktikanten sind, bei jeder auch nur leicht vom Standard abweichenden Frage muss das Personal in ein Backoffice gehen, offenbar um von dort einen Manager anzurufen, der nicht vor Ort ist, und kommt dann mit einer unzureichenden Antwort zurück. Nachfragen sind kaum möglich. Besonders eklatant zeigte sich die Unfähigkeit beim Umgang mit eines Diebstahls im Frühstücksbereich, meine Tasche samt Laptop und Geldbörse wurde gestohlen, das Personal hat zu keiner Zeit auch nur irgendwie an der Aufarbeitung des Vorfalls geholfen, Aufzeichnungen der Sicherheitskamera waren nicht einsehbar, es konnte nicht erklärt werden ob und wann ein Mitarbeiter mit mehr Kompetenzen zu sprechen ist, und ich wurde mit dem gesamten Problem komplett alleine gelassen. Das Hotel ist für einen Business-Trip definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Frühstück war für diesen Preis grottenschlecht. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Es wurde nicht gestaubsaugt, die Betten wurden nicht gescheit gemacht und das Bad wurde nur oberflächig gereinigt.
