Location was ok. 
Was a really bad experience. For 200 € / night ... I expect more. The staff was definitely unfriendly . I don't recommend !!!  It's a 2-3 * hotel , never 4* ;)

I would like to assure that this is not the norm. we have a number of new starters in the reception area who are currently going through their training. However one such bad review is bad enough. I will be passing this review onto the front office manager to immediately remind the staff to be more friendly.
