It was nice and clean. Elevators were fast.
There was a lot of street noise from the highway. Luckily the room fan has a constant option, which helps.

The hotel was great with one big caveat below
The internet connection was a nightmare. I had to call tech support we made it work but it kept disconnecting every 5 minutes or so. For somebody who needs to get work done this is a deal breaker.

Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff
corridors are saunas, AC in room is of low quality, bathroom feels cheap, in room amenities other than TV feel cheap (coffee machine is a toy really), breakfast is not too good (poor selection, poo quality)

I got a note from the sales manager telling me that she hoped I enjoyed my room upgrade to a suite...  I never got a room upgrade and I didn't have a suite, just a regular room.

I liked the layout of my suite-style room. The lighting in the bedroom, in particular, was very cool and made me feel relaxed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel valued. For example, I wanted a wine glass for my room, and the woman who was bartending in the restaurant could not have been nicer about it. I've been other places where they charge you for simple requests like that.
The room was clean, but the furniture did look a little beat up. There were minor stains on the couch, for example, and many nicks/chips in the wood coffee table, desk, etc. The sliding doors to the balconies were very difficult to open. The part that stood out to me were the concrete barriers in between the balconies. The style of blocks leave many openings, and people have clearly used them as trash dumps over the years. For example, there was an enormous pile of old cigarettes just behind the wall on one of my two balconies and a dust-covered fast food container in the other. It's certainly due to the design (how can you clean an area you can't access?). But maybe the trash could be blown out with a high-pressure water gun or something. The filth in those areas definitely made me question how clean the room itself truly was.
