the girls at reception and the bed
When we arrived we were tired from a long day of traveling, the great bar man Danny was wonderful after a chat we decided to have a meal in the restaurant we both ordered the sirloin steak mine ordered medium was cooked ok but had the taste of oil not very pleasant my husbands however was awful he ordered it medium rare at least half was fat and gristle, very unpleasant when we complained to the waiter who apologised and informed the chef, however all we heard was raised voices and no comeback from the waiter or the chef, so I took a photo for my TripAdvisor review, we did show the hotel manager who was very apologetic and did take the price of his main and starter but we did eat there again although we did try breakfast which was just as disappointing
