Friendly staff
Room way too small. Hotel's clothes hangers did not even fit into the closet. not enough space to put my suite case. Bathroom so small, I could hardly move. This hotel can only be considered decent value for money in London, where most hotels are expensive and don't offer the quality that one can expect elsewhere.
