Staff and the hotel was clean
The whole hotel was freezing. I had to sleep with additional blankets on my bed at night due to the temperature. Even in the bar area it was cold, not warm and relaxing. The food was canteen style, it's like being at school again. Take a tray and pick a starter, main and dessert and take it all to your table. Not a relaxing experience.

The Gym and Swimming facilities were faultless and the bar.
The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. You buy a ticket at reception for £10 or when you purchase your breakfast at the till. For me its about getting the breakfast and then popping backwards and forwards to the breakfast table to get any extras you feel like having at the time. The evening meal isn't any better, you have 3 selections and that's it and once there gone there gone. Second you have to pay for it in the same way as your breakfast. The site is more like a University Campus, rather than a hotel. If your 18 - 25 then this might be for you.
