Yes. The staff only registered one customer's name even though we provided our information when we booked the hotel and checked in, which created quite some trouble when we checked in and out. When I checked in, the staff could not find my name in the system, when we checked out, half of us could not find our names in the receipts, which would made half of us could not get refund from our company. Fortunately, we finally solved the problems thanks to the patience of the staff. But I still strongly suggest that different  staff members should communicate adequately to each other about the demands of the customers in order that the customers need not to say their needs again again and again.
