Positive Rooms are very clean, housekeeping was excellent. Bigelow toiletries are great. Good number of hangers. Your concierge people (Tan and Jip) are professional and friendly. Negative Not sure if there was a proper walkway for walking out of the hotel (probably not a very big issue as most people seem to take private transport out)
