Our comfortable hotel has been owned by the family for four generations and guarantees Austrian hospitality in the best sense.The Payerbacherhof is situated at the foot of the Raxalpe in the village centre of Payerbach, a one-hour drive south of Vienna. Already at the last turn of the century, the summer freshness of Payerbach - Reichenau was a popular meeting point of the Viennese society; "prince" of the operetta Franz Lehar, Arthur Schnitzler and the psycho therapist Sigmund Freud have already been guests in our hotel.
