A number of cycle trails and footpaths depart from the front door, and the Kamptal nature reserve is just a stone´s throw away, as are the tennis courts (including indoor facilities), the public swimming pool and the Willi Dungl health and fitness center. Heurigen and Buschenschenke taverns, numerous castles and monasteries, as well as the Kamptal reservoirs are within easy reach.Special features:We have an organic farm with 27 cows and 40 hectares of meadows and farmland.
