Just next door is Jobing.com Arena, a new concert venue and home to the Phoenix Coyotes of the NHL, and the new Glendale City Center, a shopping and entertainment complex that when completed in Fall 2006 will boast the largest "media and signage district" west of Times Square. Also nearby are two of the sites that host Cactus League MLB Spring Training, every March. Phoenix Downtown, the Arizona Center, and Scottsdale's gallery district are all a short drive away.
