From Florence: Motorway A1 direction ROMA - take exit at VALDICHIANA - than follow signs for PERUGIA /FOLIGNO on the S75 - afterwards follow signs for FANO/NOCERA UMBRA on the SS3 Flaminia. Don’t exit at Nocera Umbra, but pass through the tunnels. Shortly after Nocera Umbra the highway finishes. Turn to the left (towards FANO and GUALDO TADINO). After 800 m follow sign for PONTE PARRANO on the left side (there is also a white sign Case vacanza SERRE DI PARRANO) – drive around the small hamlet PONTE PARRANO and pass under the railway - take the second road on the right side and on top of the hill you will find us.
From Rome: Motorway A1 direction FIRENZE - take exit at ORTE - than follow signs for TERNI/SPOLETO/FOLIGNO on the SS204
From Bologna: Motorway A14 direction Ancona- take exit at FANO - than follow signs for FOLIGNO on the SS3 Flaminia. Between GUALDO TADINO and NOCERA UMBRA, 5 km after the IP-petrol station, turn to the right and follow signs for PONTE PARRANO (there is also a white sign Case vacanza SERRE DI PARRANO) – drive around the small hamlet PONTE PARRANO and pass under the railway - take the second road on the right side and on top of the hill you will find us.
