- We warmly welcome you at the 'Marxnhof', owned by the Weber family in Oberperfuss!Exquisite apartments in quiet location in Oberperfuss, near the center, only 5 minutes from the base terminal of the gondola of the skiing and hiking area of the 'Rangger Köpfl'.Our house has been built anew and has two high-quality and luxurious apartments of approx. 70m² and one luxury suite of 85m². When choosing our products we put special emphasis on allergy sufferers. We have been awarded 4 Edelweiß, the highest award for private accommodation providers and 4 flowers, the highest award for farmstay holidays. The award stands for comfortable apartments offering all amenities and personal atmosphere. Here a holiday is real fun. Hospitality and cosyness are our highest aim. - from Munich/Salzburg you drive along the A12, the Inntal motorway, to the exit 'Kematen/Sellraintal' and follow the signs via Kematen to Oberperfuss. - from the Brenner motorway you turn towards 'Bregenz/Garmisch' and via exit 'Kematen/Sellraintal' to Oberperfuss. - from Vorarlberg/Switzerland you drive on the A12 Inntal motorway to 'Zirl-West' and follow the sign 'Unterperfuss' to Oberperfuss- if you come via Bavaria then go via 'Mittenwald' - 'Scharnitz' - 'Seefeld' to 'Zirl' and via 'Kematen' to Oberperfuss.
