Open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:00 pm &from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00. For arrivals out of the opening hours it is necessary to contact the residence 48hours prior to arrival, at the latest, in order to receive access codes to the residence. Cancellation policy: - stay is shorter than 5 nights: Cancellations received less than 24H before the arrival date: charge equal to one nights stay. - stay is between 5 and 27nights: Cancellations received less than 48H before the arrival date : charge equal to 2nights stay. - stay is longer than 28nights: cancellation received less than 72H before the arrival date : charge equal to 4nights stay. Failure to arrive (with a reservation) without making a cancellation shall be deemed to constitute a “no show” and shall be subject to the cancellation charges stipulated above
