Dining: The owners of this fine establishment have a passion for home grown produce, and try whenever possible to use only products from their extensive gardens. Fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit are picked daily just a few metres from the restaurant kitchen. specializing in local cuisine using fresh products from the estalagem grounds. Breakfast can be served in your room if you desire, or you can enjoy superb hospitality in the restaurant overlooking the expansive blue ocean that lies below. Evening meals are a delight; the backdrop of romantic sunsets completing your night of fine food and excellent wines.
