The New York Marriott Marquis is located in the heart of New York City s theatre district at Broadway and 45th Street. The hotel is adjacent to the fashion district and offers easy access to Eastside corporations, the Jacob Javits Convention Center and Wall Street. Broadway s Marquis Theatre is part of the hotel with thirty other theatres and the shops of Times Square just a short walk away. The hotel s thirty-eight story atrium is the highest in the world. Over eighty thousand square feet of meeting and exhibit space occupy the fourth thru seventh levels of the hotel including forty-seven meeting rooms, ballrooms and an exhibition hall. Sleeping rooms start on the tenth floor and are the largest guest rooms in Manhattan.
