Minimum age required for check in is 25. Please note that a USD 174.83 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. After verifying guests information the agent will give the guest the code for the lock box. The guest must return to the check in office the following morning to complete check in procedure.
