Breathe through, fill your lungs with oxygen, gain forces and reload your batteries.We offer packages of healing abstinence days to you, at fixed dates and for the time of 10 days. Each date offers you the possibility of additional services, like yoga, golf or Qi Gong, massages and other wellness treatments.We are looking forward to welcoming you at our house and turn your holiday into a wholistic experience for body, mind and soul.PS: In summer, we open our gates for "non-abstinent" people. The focus of these offers are nature experience and a balanced diet.
