Guangzhou in southeastern China features the Rosedale Hotel & Suites in its Haizhu District on a larger island in the Pearl River. After some metres only, a subway station can be reached and the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre lies 12 kilometres from the hotel at the other end of the island. The famous sites on the northern side of the river can be accessed after about 5 kilometres such as the Orchid Garden. 40 kilometres up north, you can fly home again via Baiyun Airport.
