It is situated next to the city centre, at the A4 motorway, with easy access from the directions Cracow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, as well as the Pyrzowice and Balice airports. Czestochowa, Krakow, Auschwitz Birkenau Museum, Silesian Planetarium, Silesian Leisure Activity Park, Beskidy Mountains, Tyskie Brewery, Pszczyna Palace and Lake Zywieckie are worthwhile destinations. Visiting the mountains, the event arena Spodek, the Auditorium Hall, Ochaby, a stud farm, Wroclaw, the Silesian Museum, Wieliczka Salt Mine and the Gallery of the Modern Art is also highly recommended.
