negativ: Only 1 person at the front desk and there was a long wait each time to talk to the front desk attendant. The room service was not very good. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job of tidying up the room. They left a used glass unwashed.

negativ: The hotel can be described as a nicer version of an Ibis-type hotel. As such, the standard price of EUR 295 for 2PAX+ABF is unrealistic.

positiv: Hotel staff was very helpful after check-in - and the hotel is clean and modern.
negativ: Breakfast VERY expensive - and the room furnishings though modern, but very 'minimalistic'.
positiv: The view is very beautiful. Free internet access can satisfy my requirement and I think that is essentials in this age. And it should be provided for free. They did it, so I give them good evaluation.
negativ: Their hoover put on the middle of the passway, but nobody there for several hours.
