positiv: Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, excellentes Frühstück, super zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt ....
negativ: Hotel liegt genau in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Innsbruck, der aber zum Glück nicht viele Flugbewegungen hat.
Leider waren im Bad noch Haare vom Vormieter zu finden ... Das passt leider nicht zum Premiumanspruch des Hauses. Da wir aber von einer Ausnahme ausgehen, würden wir das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
positiv: Very god Breakfast. Room is ok, location great.
negativ: No Ironing Service after 4pm. For that Hotel Category unacceptable!
positiv: The Amercian breakfast was the BEST range and quality of any 5 star hotel we have ever stayed at. Wifi signal was weak in our room and dropped out every so often

negativ: on our arrival the room was prepared for one person.
positiv: The staff is very helpful and friendly,the location is perfect,close to the old town,and next to the mall(rathaus gallerien)and the bar is excellent!
negativ: There is no restaurant at the hotel,nor a coffe-tea maker in the room,therefore we've had to step out to get some things to eat and drink(except for the few drinks in the mini bar). There is only a bar,and the breakfast room. We never received the free bottle of mineral water for HRS guests. Moreover the hotel parking,is actually the shopping mall's parking so we've had to pay directly there every time we got out of it.There was no fixed price/day for the hotel guests.
positiv: Breakfast buffet and service was the best we ever had in our life. High quality, good choice and extremely friendly staff. We'll be back.
