Open daily throughout the year!Having been a service area for traders and travelers on the ancient Roman Road, the "Wilder Mann" inn next to the church (in the 16th century a place of pilgrimage for people with foot complaints) ranks among the oldest buildings of Lans.After the death of Alois Schöpf in 1952, Ms. Paula Schöpf ran the inn on her own responsibility and turned it into one of the most renowned Tirolean inns. As a result, she was awarded the Medal of Merit by the Tirolean Federal Government (1968), and was the first landlady in Tirol to be awarded the title of "Kommerzialrat" (1978).
