in the morning the receptionist was very nice and helpful...and we were allowed a very late check out
negativ: There was no one working in the hotel when we arrived at 18:30.
We had to use our handy to call for information on how to get our key. What if we were tourists without a handy? We would have been left out with no way to get to our room. Also the room lacked information on the hotel...how to access the internet, how to pay for parking on the street..etc, When I called for help the person was very nice...but really there should be a way to contact for help provided by the hotel. We were really on our own.
