positiv: City Hotel with excellent communication to every parts of Vienna; with willing and helpful personal.
negativ: Staff of one single person with no (or very little) understanding in English with obvious risks of communication problems. The Hotel had a general run-down athmosphere. The street-light opposit my window lit strongly up my room and the curtains were insufficient. As the bed was situated opposite the window the light was disturbing (and impossible to eliminate) during the night. It would be easy and cheep to take measures to improve quality.
negativ: Plumbing made all sorts of strange noises and smelt pretty bad. Room was very small.
