Great location, at the heart of the shopping zone in Wien. Very accessible public transport spots, right next to the hotel.
Wonderful interior, spacious, comfortable and superbly equipped, clean rooms.
Exceptionally hospitable, very helpful and resourceful staff, compliments to Mr. Alcantara in particular on the magnificent service.
My overall rating of the hotel 9.3 and highest recommendation to all future guests.
negativ: The single improvement point I would suggest is that the linen and towels are updated with newer ones. Otherwise, everything is great.
positiv: Big rooms, nice spa, perfect location.
negativ: Despite the general well disposition of the reception staff, one (Carmen) was not kind nor willing to help in any way.
