positiv: close to zell am see activities.
negativ: Very old and not renovated. I was disappointed comparing to the pictures of the hotel in HRS website. no available free parking near to the hotel except one a 200 meters away. we had to park our car to a rented place very near to the hotel and we had to pay 8 euros per day as this is a discounted rate offered by the hotel.
