positiv: The efficiency of the transfer arrangement to the Gare du Midi when I left
negativ: When I arrive late at night, I expect the key card to open the door the first time, without having to return to the front desk to get it recharged. Room decor fine, if you like black and brown. Beware of walking into glass panels at side of bathroom entrance; beware of tripping over the protruding corners of the badly-designed bed-frame. The shower control needed the strength of Hercules to operate it.
positiv: Favourite hotel in Brussels. Quiet, relaxing. Aesthetically pleasing decor in communal areas and bedrooms. Photo-pictures in rooms beautiful if a little unusual. Spa experience pleasing. Room service efficient.
