negativ: They were sending guests with booked rooms to another hotel as they had "problems with some of their rooms" (turned out to be plumbing problems.
positiv: Excellent location (opposite Central Station) and reasonable rate for quality and location.
negativ: When I checked in, I asked to pay to avoid any delay when leaving very early in the morning. This was not possible because there was an I.T. problem but I was assured that arrangements would be made to ensure there was no delay in the morning. In the morning, I had to wake up the receptionist and no arrangements had been made. The sysyem was still not working and I had to break out of the hotel to avoid missing the train to the airport.
positiv: Hotel location is excellent.
negativ: There were stains on the carpet and curtains. Shower screen didn't protect from water splashing all over the bathroom floor. Wireless connection was charged separately, and it should be free for a **** hotel. I expected more from a **** hotel.
positiv: Nice, cozy, clean, quiet despite being in the downtown, walking distance to the Grand Place.
negativ: I stayed for only one night and didn't notice any negatives. Although free wireless wi-fi internet could be a great addition.
positiv: Good central location
negativ: Shower and screen in poor condition.
