negativ: The internet connection did not work in the room during my 2 days of stay. This is very negative, and implies that I will probably not use the hotel again when staying more than one night. Also the hairdryer in the bathroom did not seem to work.
Hotel's comments: Dear guest, please note that we just finished a complete new WIFI installation. We have since August 2011 free WIFI in all the hotel and all the guest rooms. And this is now working perfectly! We would be very happy to welcome you again!
positiv: the "grandeur"is very well maintained, everything is very clean, nothing is broken, the hotel is in a central location, the hall and rooms are rather warm
negativ: reception staff did not speak flemish and was rather unfriendly, breakfast was in the cellar and although the breakfast room was nicely decorated, there was no atmosphere at all. Perhaps some classic music would help already a little bit.
positiv: Room and breakfast are excellent.
negativ: The pillows need to be replaced, they are too thin already.
