positiv: Good beds, good sound shield against the main street. Nice bathroom.
negativ: Although we had booked for two nights (and thus should have been allowed to sleep late the first morning) we were terrorized by the cleaning squad who opened the door despite the 'Do Not Enter' sign, and the reception staff who didn't stop ringing us on the phone until we jumped up straight.
Lots of long hair left in the bathroom.
positiv: One of the best places at which I've ever stayed! Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. 10 min walk to the Grand Market thru the beautiful old town. Metro stop is two mins away. Staff was absolutely the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered and they have great tips. I would most definitely stay here again!

positiv: New concept filly automated, almost no prsonal service.You need to get uses to this
negativ: The wifi internet offer is not really working. Poor connection and technical problems. I am internet freak and know how to deal with any technical problem. The service is simply poorly incorporated into the hotel proxy computer
negativ: The WiFi did not work for my Apple Macintosh and there is no easy way to be reimbursed for the money I spent on a connection which did not work.

negativ: Stupid system for check-in och check-out that need personal to instruct. Give the poor person a desk so it looks lika a better hotel or do it total automatic. Doorbell to open door at night needs personel anyhow.
negativ: Automated checkin does not work - neither for me nor for a number other people I saw struggle. You cannot check in before 3PM, and must be out by 11AM. You can leave luggage in the hotel but you are charged for storage. Unfriendly staff.
