negativ: Furniture and walls outworn, room was tiny
positiv: Great location, impressive common areas, excellent breakfast facilities.
negativ: Very small room - although bathroom was very functional.
positiv: It is a very good hotel for its category with a great attention to details which make the stay even more pleasant. One has the feeling of being treated like an unique customer.
negativ: The size of the room (too small)
positiv: Friendly hotel staff.
negativ: Service in bar/retaurant very poor. Breakfast as always at NH hotels very poor. Room smelt a little damp - but didn't feel it.
negativ: The receptionist should be a bit faster in handling the incoming guest. I normally arrive to hotel quite late and tired and what I do not need is unnecessary delayes in checking in.
