negativ: Quite noisy
negativ: Very expensive and very slow internet, which in addition does not work well in the rooms.
Rooms rather poor and not really clean.
Phone was not working and despite that it was told in the reception nobody fixed it.
positiv: I was given a room on 6th floor could not open windows very confined was moved orn request to 4th floor superb room everything was perfect just what I expected. Problem with payment by my company very quickly sorted by very able staff on reception obtained extra pillow
negativ: First room had no tea tray there was no explanation from staff about Bar or restaurant facilities, our first night we came down to find restaurant closed. Free Wi-fi but only in lobby and restriction on time makes it difficult to keep in touch without sitting alone in lobby not ideal for single female traveller

negativ: Room needs updating, light bulbs need replacing on table lamp
