negativ: Breakfast wasn't fir to feed my dog. Terrible for a Hotel the standard of Ramada - must do better!
positiv: The room is really very nice and modern.
negativ: Pay attention with the bar voucher as you will have to pay if you don't have dinner at the hotel restaurant. The arabic people working at the hotel are really unpolite and almost all are arabic. We ordered a taxi the day before but the next day it was not there. We asked to call again but it didn't arrive so we had to take the bus. At the reception the people were not friendly at all. People in the restaurant are not polite. The Satellite TV did not work properly and it was very cold in the room without possibility to change the heating.

negativ: but hotel was opened before finished. It s a new hotel most of rooms are still under construction. Probably rating will go higher when they fully functional but I rate as what I see...
