negativ: The hotel is split between 2 buildings: the one of the reception and another one in the other side of the street.
Since I was on the second one, my comments only apply to it.
The corresponding one has no lift. Even worse, it has very steep and narrow stairs (totally unadequated for people with heavy lugages or who have difficulties to move. In this building, my room (on the 2nd floor) was narrow for a 3* standard while the bathroom was unusefully oversized. Moreover, both besides table and support for suitcase were missing.
