By Train take South West Trains from London Waterloo to New Milton Station - 90 Minutes. By Plane you can arrive at either Southampton, Bournemouth or London Heathrow and Gatwick Airport.
Gatwick Airport -GTN-: -GTN- GATWICK AIRPORT 100 MI SOUTH Two and a half hour drive to hotel. Leave airport area and follow signs to join M23 direction Redhill/London. At junction 8 of M23 join the M25 direction Heathrow airport. Leave the M25 at junction 12 signposted M3 direction Basingstoke and Southampton. Follow M3 to the end taking the westbound M27 towards Bournemouth the M27 becomes the A31 after junction 1 and is signposted A31/the west/Bournemouth. You need to stay on the A31 for approximately 2 and a half miles, pass the Rufus stone services/Little chef on your left. Take the next left signposted Emery down. Go over a cattle grid and follow road for approx 3 miles. This is a forest road with a 40 MPH limit and there may be animals on the road, so take care. Follow road going straight on towards emery down. Pass a pub call the New Forest inn on you right and stay on this road until you reach the A35.Turn right on to the A35, signposted christchurch/New Milton (the swan pub is opposite). Stay on A35 for approximatly 10 miles ignoring any signs for New Milton. After 9 miles there is a hotel/carvery on the left - The East Close Hotel. Carry straight on and approximately one mile after the east close hotel is a major staggered junction, take the left hand turn signposted walkford, New Milton and Lymington. Proceed through and out of Walkford and then turn left ## Heathrow Airport -LHR-: -LHR- LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT 90 MI SOUTH Two hour drive to hotel. Terminal 1,2,3 : follow signs for exit and the M4, join the M4 at junction 4 signposted M25 and Gatwick drive on M25 for 10miles, leaving at junction 12 signposted M3 direction basingstoke and southampton. terminal 4 : leave terminal car park roundabout at third exit, drive down ramp onto A30 london road. follow signs on A30 for M25 direction Gatwick M3. After 5 miles leave the M25 at junction 12 signposted M3 direction Basingstoke and Southampton. Follow M3 to the end taking the westbound M27 towards Bournemouth. The M27 becomes the A31 after junction 1 and is signposted A31/the west/Bournemouth.
