positiv: all-in-all it is good value for money and in walking distance (10..15min) from the center. Perfect for 1 night.
negativ: 1. The bathroom belonging to the room could be accessed only via common corridor (pass 2..3m)
2. No shower. The bath tub is not protected by a curtain - so you end up having water all around. Shower is not fixed high enough and it is not long enough.
3. Some pieces of furniture are old and make squeak just when you pass by....because the floor bends too.
