positiv: Location is lovely.
negativ: Hotel is huge, and feels correspondingly impersonal and unwelcoming. I don't think any single service (meals, room service, the room itself) was really worth the money paid for it.
Particularly: at the breakfast buffet the waiting staff hover by you to take away your plate and cutlery as soon as you've finished, as if to say "Right, no more food for you, that's it, now get out."
positiv: the hotel itself is beautiful.
negativ: the spa area is extremely disappointing for a hotel of that stature. the facilities we tiny, there were unsupervised children running around kicking each other, being loud, etc but nobody cared or dared to say anything to them. the exercise equipment was a joke...2 machines and nothing else.
