Positive: I didn´t get to actully stay in this Hotel. Due to scheduling error on my part I missed the check in date. There were no other open rooms for me to stay in. The staff was exceptional in dealing with the situation and even help me make resurations at an other hotel. Next time I will make sure I stay there on the right day of course.
Positive: The staff was helpful we left our luggage free of charge in the luggage room. Breakfast was rich. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but it’s situated on 100 meter from underground station and Airport Express last stop which we used from the airport.
Negative: They took 5% commission when we exchange money. It was only one kind Czech beer in the restaurant.
Positive: Clean, quiet, nice rooms and bathrooms.
Negative: Limited selection of food for breakfast, average quality. I do not know how it compares to other same-level hotel in Prague, but a typical breakfast in a 3-star hotel in Germany is much better in variety and quality.
