Positive: Convenient location and pleasant establishment
Negative: One restaurant apparently not open, although mentioned in notes in the room. The other (the Czech style one) had impossibly loud (live) music. Service and to some extent civilty from staff there were also lacking, so I walked out.
Positive: best location in prague
Negative: no hot water for 1 day and 1/2, wrong billing in check out, construction to the only bar for 2 days without any notice, closeing the casino suddenly for a big group without informing anyone, hotel tried to abuse me in airport transfer during check out 5.30 AM, however i made order one night earlier from a company called AAA
