Positive: The staff was very helpful and nice.
Negative: The internet in one of the rooms did not work, because there was no socket to plug the cable into.
Positive: Very good value for money, the location could be better, but is easy to get to and from the City Centre and airport, room was clean, quiet and cosy. I would happily stay here again if I got a good deal.
Positive: At first, we were a little skeptic about the low price of the accommodation at this hotel, but all of our worries disappeared during the first minutes of our stay.
We arrived much earlier than the check-in time (14:00), so receptionist speeded up the preparation of our room, and we were able to move in couple of hours earlier.
The room was just excellent, plenty of space, large windows, clean and generally neat.
Breakfast time is from 7 to 10, and that's a great difference from what I'm used to (7 to 9); ask me whether I was thankful for that extra hour of sleep :)
Generally nice place, I must add.
Negative: Receptionists at this hotel is a downturn, except for one that welcomed us on the 1st day :)
We asked 3 of them at different times about the area around, and nobody seemed to know/care. Like how to get to a tram station or grocery store, even though both are some few hundred meters away, The good thing is that people right behind hotel doors are much more helpful, absence of fluent English don't prevent them or you to understand each other and get pointed in the right direction.
Positive: it is good place to live.
Positive: Very big room! Value for money!
Negative: Breakfast is not good. Parking problems when the hotel is fully booked.
Positive: Nice looking and clean hotel.
Negative: Single rooms a bit on the small side.
Positive: An excellent value for the money.
Negative: Even though my room was non-smoking, it did get a good bit smoke-filled Saturday night.
Positive: For the price is not bad
Negative: It is not close to the centre. The employees are not very friendly
Positive: The room was very clean, the bath room also, clean towells every day excellent.
Negative: The shower is only hand held it's need a wall mount so you can shower using your hands to clean yourself and apply shampoo. The staff wrere helpful but could be more friendly to long overseas travellers, who need assistance. I was sent to the wrong Railstation via Taxi it was very costly to get to the correct station, the taxi drivers are rip off's this gives the city a bad reputation.
Positive: Excelent bed. Quiet area.
Negative: Bar closes eraly. No beer in the minibar.
Positive: very friendly staff at the reception desk very huge room with a very good TV with programms in all important languages the bath is very exclusive with shower gel and those things are available. The bus stop to the inner city is very close to the hotel. The car can be parked close to the hotel as well. If we will come again to Prag we would stay in the same hotel.
Positive: Big wrap for the barman Peter who was very helpful and firendly. A real good guy.
Positive: Is a nice hotel to stay.
