Positive: except for the internet - the quality of service was fair for that price
Negative: internet in my room was working max 2 minutes, then i was always loosing the connection :(
It would be nice if the receptionist gave me a map of prague during check in - i forgot to ask and i finished the first day of my stay in Prague a bit tired ;-]
Positive: Good location. The staff was very helpful.
Negative: Hotel staff are not willing to help or give information to the gusts, rooms need LCD TV and more English channels
Positive: I'd booked the hotel twise and thay called you to make sure that I should pay once only for one room.
