Positive: I had checked in at 2 early morning and still was welcomed with a big smile. really appreciate that attitude.
Negative: The locks at the toilet was broken and there were no a/c

Negative: could do with tea/coffee making facilities. ie kettle in rooms!
Positive: got an apartment in the other buidling instead of the hotel buidling, which is not bad

Positive: Very friendly and helpful. Internet in Lobby. Large room on 4th floor was quiet.
Negative: sometimes Waiting staff took away plates etc. too fast. Was a bt annoying but this seems to be the norm in all of Prague
Positive: surprisingly big and sunny room, good connection by public transport (underground) to the city center (20 min from the hotel), quiet area, free of charge internet access for hotel guests in the reception lobby
Negative: insufficient lihtening in the badroom, refrigarator "not fresh", badroom wasn't cleaned up after some instalation works made during a day (a dust powder on towels and cosmetics)
