Negative: The receptionist at check in was extremely unhelpful, couldn't even be bothered to answer our questions. The next morning staff was much more friendly, but by that time we already got most of the information elsewhere.
Positive: breakfast is good
Negative: sanitary equipment is too old and simple, room is small and location is far from city centre
Positive: Freindly staff, great breakfast and good location 2 mins walk to the tram. Room clean and tidy.
Negative: Hotel decor a bit dated but at the price clean and welcoming. Bathroom cleam but in need of a facelift.
Negative: the towels stinked like they are not properly dried
Positive: Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. All staff spoke perfect English. Hotel very close to public transportaion and tickets for such were sold at front desk. Breakfast was great and was always very prompt. We even had a refrigerator in our room, which was a pleasant surprise.
Negative: Our room faced a street where we could hear people's conversation as they walked by, even though we were on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd floor in the states. Easily solved problem by closing all windows before we went to sleep.
Positive: People at the front desk were very nice. Everyone speaks english very well, Hotel is clean and very near to the TRAM stations. No problem at all...

Positive: Staff friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist on Sunday afternoon
Negative: A bit too far to walk to town and the bus was not so easy to use, eg the return bus stop was not easy to find

Negative: We ordered 2 room for for 3 nigths (in November 2006), and one of them in 5th floor was really bad. The biggest problem was when we should take a shower. If we were lucky to get any water out of the shower at all, it was really ice cold. We asked for another room but the hotel was full so we had to stay all 3 nights. I am sorry to say that my stay has not been what I was looking forward to.
