positiv: Front desk lady was little stiff at the start, but was quite friendly over the next few hours, and quite helpful also!
negativ: Breakfast needs to be improved.
negativ: The receptionist at check in was extremely unhelpful, couldn't even be bothered to answer our questions. The next morning staff was much more friendly, but by that time we already got most of the information elsewhere.
