Positive: The staff was nice. The location is a little out of Prague city, but with easy connections to the train station. It's an easy walk from the metro stop.
Negative: The hotel seems to need a renewal. The bathroom had some mold growing on the tiles and ceiling, though the rest of the room was very clean. The decor of the common areas was out-dated, but overall it was clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing, the hot food wasn't so hot and it wasn't so tasty. Just small things that I would expect would be top-notch for a 4-star hotel.
No wifi or internet in the rooms. Internet is available in the lobby and at a computer station, but both are loud and it was difficult to have a phone meeting over the internet. Would expect more from a business hotel.
Positive: Very nice bartender at the lobby. The hotel overall.
Negative: Check-out took long time. No possibility to adjust the room temperature.
Positive: Some of the staff speaks Spanish. Very good breakfast service.
Negative: 1. We reserved a non-smoking room with one king-size bed and got a non-smoking room with twin beds. When, after arrival, we asked for a room with a king-size bed, we were offered a smoker's room. 2. The acoustic isolation of the rooms is not satisfactory. One hears a lot of noise from the traffic. 3. The quality of the food in the restaurant does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. We only had dinner there the first night. The value for money for the restaurant is not satisfactory.
