Positive: Great location and great value for money. The staff were really helpful and very friendly which I believe to be very important. Would recommend any budget traveller to stay here.
Positive: Helpful front office staff.Centrally located and commuting is easy.Lots of eateries around.
Negative: Too noisy.Double rooms have no space to move or even stand straight-Both the rooms that we stayed had slanting roofs & our heads bumped off the roof constantly.Bath towels were very rough.
Positive: Room was spacious; breakfast plentiful and fresh; location good.
Negative: Building looked like a communist-era dormitory. Curtains on the window of our room did not fit or match each other.

Negative: the soap in the shower was emty, i tell the staff mut nothing happend.
Negative: Due to maintenance the room was little bit cold.

Negative: the room provided on the sofa was very small, I am not used to this type of room.
Positive: Superb welcoming by the team, helping and smilling. Some room are under renovation which will bring even more confort soon. Really appriciated the service for that category of hotel.
Positive: Good location, close to trams and trains and an easy walk to many attractions.
Negative: Staff provided inacurate advice and the internet access was not available.
