Directions to hotel
From the airport - take bus 100 to Zlicin, change to subway and go to Karlovo namesti /exit Palackeho namesti/. Then take tram Nr 17 to tram stop Jiraskovo namesti. From the railway stations by subway to Karlovo namesti station and then by tram Nr 17 to Jiraskovo namesti stop.
From Brno D1, turn right to Zitna , go down the street, right to Myslikova street and by the river you will find the botel. From Plzen D5 to Andel, across the Jiraskuv bridge, after traffic light turn left and on left side you will find our botel.

Positive: Rooms view if on water side was great, swans and ducks paddling by within 5 meters and 120 degrees of view toward Praha Castle (lite in evenings) and Charles Bridage. Also, although hotel lobby very same (two sofa size area) boat bows were great fair-weather lobbies where you could sit in shade overlooking waterside resturant as well as river traffic which more then made up for lack of lobby space. Also, very good access to public tram system at adjacent street level.
Negative: Limited resturants and stores in immediate area. Also, a bit out of way of main tourist focus areas but with good tram link (see postive notes this date). Some minor work needed on standard room I was in to have it in "tip-top" shape
