Positive: (see negative note below) - transfer to hotel suite offered immediately without problems to allow baby to sleep in double bed with partents. Offer not taken up, as we reorganised the existing room to our satisfaction.
Negative: no baby cot available as it was too late upon arrival to swap fold up bed for cot as requested. appears that cot request entered on HRS didn't make it to their computer system - whos fault? don't know!
Positive: The hotel is located in the quiet area overview the hills, free parking lots in front of hotel is always available.
Positive: good breakfast. Nice room.
Negative: Not too close to subway station.
