Positive: room with the balcony was a pleasant surprise
Negative: password manager on to store all login details on the lobby computer
Positive: a very positive and responsive staff, excellent guidance and advise with regard to the city and sightseeing
Negative: No english language news TV channel and no internet facility for guests
Negative: the car park described in HRS does not exist in reality, the hotel has only got 1 parking space, which is constantly occupied. As a consequence, the car must be left unguarded on the street.
