Negative: Unhelpfully hotel clerk/female/. Usually by arrival everybody obtain basice information concernin g breakfast, swimming poll, etc. Taht was not the case. I had to ask for this kind of information.
Room - Maybe could have been a botle of water in refrigatior - especially by arrival in summer /heat.
Positive: very clean rooms, very close to the metro station, enough parking places, availability of sauna and bowling
Negative: breakfast was not abundant enough for a 4 star hotel
Positive: Very nice price for such hotel class
Negative: Swimming pool is advertised but only accessible after paying a significant extra charge. That is different from all other hotels I have seen so far in the rest of the world.
